More About UsChosen Collective Consulting, LLC is an education and community centered consulting firm that supports organizations in shifting towards a climate of equity, justice and inclusion while intentionally centering care and support for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ folks. We promote the value and knowledge fostered by lived experiences that are often marginalized or structurally excluded in organizational environments. Chosen also hosts yearly, “Reset-Retreats", a travel retreat space for folks of color, and/or LGBTQIA+ folks who do community care-centered and organizing work.
We believe in a world where BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ folks no longer have to "rest" or "retreat" from oppressive systems and cultures; a world where organizational leaders lead with empathy, accountability, strategy, action and responsibility.
